I. Voice Account

U.S. Account – Roadside Assistance

– Answer inbound calls courteously
– Assists customers and service execution in a professional manner.
– Analyze the issue(s) raised by the customer and determine the most appropriate solutions

– Preferably College Graduate
– With or without call center experience; but, having experience in a customer facing environment and resolving issues over the phone is an advantage.
– Must be able to confidently communicate in English
– Good typing skills
– Must be physically and mentally fit
– Willing to work at a graveyard schedule
– Willing to work in Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City

II. I.T. Staff

– Server maintenance
– Network troubleshooting
– Server monitoring
– Software installations
– Firewall monitoring and management
– Web development
– Linux management/monitoring
– Asterix management/monitoring
– How to address all email issues
– How to resolve hardware issues
– Company Social media monitoring and update

– Must be a College Graduate
– Must be computer literate and specializes on the following:
a. Linux
b. Asterisk
c. Vicidial
d. Network
– Must be physically and mentally fit
– Must be able to multi-task and comfortable working with computer based applications
– Willing to work in Mother Igancia Avenue, Quezon City
