I.T. Help Desk Support

Singapore Account – Level 1 Technical Support for I.T. Companies

Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards. Provides advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents.

- Provide support for all CR/SR raised on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers
- Escalation process
- Provide support to engineering during incidents
- Update documentation such as guidelines for Helpdesk

- Applicants for Service Desk Agents must have a minimum 1 year of experience in IT but newly graduate are welcome to apply
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Willing to work 24 by 7 shifts
- Willing to work in Mother Ignacia, Quezon City
